Our care plans are tailored to your care needs. Your care plan is flexible, and you can change the plan as various needs arise.

OUR CAREGIVERS
At Promise Cares, we emphasize the intangible traits such as personality and character when choosing caregivers for our team. The caregivers we hire desire to provide a superior level of care each day. Our caregivers understand the importance of providing care with dignity and respect. We don’t believe in ‘on the job training’. We recruit caregivers who have strong employment history in the senior care industry. Caregivers are screened, trained, and compassionate professionals who provide services from a few hours per week to around-the-clock based on individual needs. Services available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
As part of our care promise, we have instituted a system of follow-up. Our leadership staff will provide client follow-up calls and home visits to ensure the best care is being provided. Promise Cares clients do not ‘get lost in the shuffle.’ We Promise to Care!
